He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Moten Luckado and Elizabeth Lovern Luckado; and his siblings, Betty Ann Holt, Pat Luckado, Bonnie Williams, Roger Luckado and Johnny Luckado.
He is survived by: his sisters, Christine L. Yarbrough (Burnie) of Virginia Beach, VA and Iva Pack of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, Starling View Manor family, other relatives, and friends.
