She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McKinley Penn and Mahaley Preston Penn; her husband John D. Millner; and her daughter-in-law Flora Patricia Brim. She is survived by: her children, John Anthony Millner (Beverly) of Martinsville, VA, Gyrome Brim of Martinsville, VA, Loretta Vanessa Millner of Orlando, FL and Sibyl Celeste Millner of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Rontrell Brim (Danielle) of Virginia Beach, VA, JoVen Millner (Tosheena) of Martinsville, VA, Semekia Gravely (Orlando) of Greensboro, NC and Daniel Millner (Alisha) of Loganville, GA; and her great grandchildren, Elijah, Joshua, Noah, Titus Brim of Virginia Beach, VA, Alivia, Jonaven, Jon David Millner of Martinsville, VA, Grace, Taylor Gravely of Greensboro, NC, Aiden, Dylan and Nicolas Millner of Loganville, GA. She is also survived by other relatives, and friends.
