She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Morris Smith and Carrie Ward Smith; her son Paul Knott (late Lisa Knott); and her siblings, Cornelia Thurman, Lois Hill, Mildred Robertson, Margaret Flippen, Dorlee Barnett and Jack Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Knott and Allen Knott of Martinsville; and her grandchildren, Keri Knott, Ashley Eanes and Kevin Marlin.
