He is survived by: his mother Joyce Carolyn Goins Stallard; his sons, Neal Stallard (Maria) and Timothy Lee Stallard; his sisters, Rebekah Barker (James) and Deborah Lovell (Mickey); his stepsister Sue Ellen Dillion; his brother Daniel Stallard; and his close friend Mary Jane Kendrick. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
