He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Hensley and Harrie Draper Hensley; and his brothers, Eddie and Robert Hensley. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Jenny" Hite Hensley; his daughters, Elizabeth Hensley Wood and Nancy Stoudemire; his close friends, Ron, Pat Austin, Randy and Dottie Robertson; his granddaughters, Chloe and Katie Schmitz; his sons-in-law, Steven Wood and Randy Schmitz; and his nieces, Kathy Chalflinch and Harriet Price.
