He was predeceased by: his parents, Dessa Turner Plaster and Clarence W. Plaster; and his brother Herbert Plaster. He is survived by: his wife Mary Quesinberry Plaster; his siblings, Betty Rakes, Rita Griffin (Frank) and Frank Plaster (Violet); and his sister-in-law Joanne Quesinberry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
