He was predeceased by: his fathers, Henry Drewry Lewis Woodson and Fred V. Woodson, Sr.; his wife Eliza Reamy Smith Woodson; and his daughter Sallie Pannill Woodson Hall. He is survived by: his son-in-law Richard Hall; and his grandchildren, Drewry Woodson Hall and Virginia Madison Hall.
