He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Candy" Belcher; his sons, Jeffrey Belcher (Wanda) of Martinsville, VA and Sean Belcher of Martinsville, VA; his grandson Todd Belcher of Martinsville, VA; his daughters, Keela Eggleston of Martinsville, VA and Dreama Eggleston of Martinsville, VA; his grandchildren, Ja'Mere Ja'Maga, Ja'Da, Kyisere, Jakare and Jayse Eggleston; and his siblings, Gracie Tidline, William Agnew of Martinsville, VA and Pannell Belcher of Roanoke, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
