She was predeceased by: her grandson Ray Sloan, Jr.; and her siblings, Virginia Lawson, Nancy Woods, Rebecca Martin and William Lee Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Sutphin (James), Regina Sloan and Ricky Holt; and her siblings, Pauline Overby (Perry) and John David Clark (Shirley). She is also survived by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
