It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Trotter Craig (Martinsville, Virginia), born in Henry, Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Runie Lee and Lottie Mae Stone; her former husband George Lee Trotter, Sr.; her husband Thomas Jefferson; and her brothers, George Cecil Stone and Glen N. Stone.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Lynwood Trotter (Debbie), Lee Trotter, Jr. (Patsy) and Dale Trotter (Lori); and her siblings, Marvin L. Stone, Billy Joe Stone (Joan), Elizabeth Blackwell (Fred) and Helen Stone. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
