She is survived by: her children, Teresa M. Prince (George) of Greensboro, NC, Joy Mebane of Bassett, VA, Patricia R. Mebane of Martinsville, VA, William T. Mebane III (Ella) of Raleigh, NC, Lloyd D. Mebane (Linda) of Portsmouth, VA and Michael R. Mebane of Martinsville, VA; and her siblings, Dr. Alfonza Carter (Melinda) of Raleigh, NC, Jerolene Carter of Raleigh, NC, Shirlene Carter of New York, NY, Loretta Carter of Danville, VA and Mary Rumley of Martinsville, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In accordance with the CDC, a face covering, and social distancing is required.
