He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Lee Edmonds and Gladys Edmonds; his brothers, Archie Lee Edmonds, Jr. and Donald Edmonds; and his grandmother Glennie Tanner Howell.
He is survived by: his sister Edgenell Jones (Norman Jones); his nieces and nephews, Karen Howard (Ernie Howard) of Dover, DE, Georgia Smith of Martinsville, VA, Barbara Edmonds of Virginia Beach, VA, William Beal of Martinsville, VA and Tony Beal of Martinsville, VA; and his friend Floretta Cahill of Martinsville, VA. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
