She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Dillard and Hellen Wooten; her daughter Elaine D. Hairston; her siblings, Forestine Walton, Marilyn Logan and Arthur Jones, Jr.; and her grandsons, Damien Hairston and Herman Jones, Jr. (Ella).
She is survived by: her children, Meyoki Y. Saidi of Greensboro, NC, Teresa L. Logan of Axton, VA, Leatrice Jones of Martinsville, VA and Anthony M. Jones of Collinsville, VA; and her sisters, Shirley Lampkins of Axton, VA and Arnita Brandon of Martinsville, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
