She is survived by: her parents, Teresa DeHart Prillaman and Michael Earl Lewis; her husband Joshua Michael Mickles; her children, Victoria Selene Cayton, Jamison Cayton and Damon Mickles; her sister Samantha Lewis (Bret Dolan); her half-brother Michael Earl Lewis, Jr.; her stepparents, John Prillaman and Sharon Lewis; and her close friend Deborah Gravely.
