Motley; his son James Motley (Elizabeth); his grandson Luke of Martinsville; his daughter Tina Horsley of Altavista; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicole and Joshua; his stepson Daniel R. Sullivan of Virginia Beach; and his sister Marilyn M. Smith (David) of Snow Creek. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
