Elkins; his daughters, Sarah Klingman (Justin) of Holly Springs, NC and Melissa Coleman (Jamie) of Fairfax, VA; his siblings, Polly Rosenstein (Dan) and Buck Elkins (Shelley); and his grandchildren, Lily, Harrison and Evelyn Klingman. He was also cherished by two nieces and two nephews.
