He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Green Spencer and Burdie Wagner Spencer; and his brothers, Fred Allen Spencer and Lenwood Spencer. He is survived by: his girlfriend Connie Manley; and his sisters, Loretta Branch and Bonnie Clifton (George). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
