He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Goins; his daughter Lisa G Brinegar; his grandsons, Tyler Robert Brinegar and William Austin Brinegar; and his siblings, Elmer L. Goins, Francis G. Jefferson and Gladys G. Fulcher. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
