He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Phillips; his siblings, Ralph Phillips (Mae) of Patrick Springs, James C. Phillips (Geneva) of Radford, Rev. Kirby Phillips of Martinsville, Ruby McDaniel of Radford and Tinesta Nester (Jay) of Dugspur; and his children, Barry Phillips (Laura), Greg Phillips (Kaye), Pam Hopkins (Rickey) and LeAnne Bray (Larry, Jr.). He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
