He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta McMillan Brinegar; and his siblings, Frank S. Taylor, George D. Brinegar, Robert A. Brinegar and Gladys B. Compton.
He is survived by: his son Steve Brinegar (Pam); his stepson Mike Agee (Karen); his grandchildren, Brian Brinegar (Stephanie), Stephanie Vipperman (Jason) and Susanne Washburn (Joe); his stepgrandson Patrick Agee (Michelle); his grandchildren, Kendra, Kipton Vipperman, Bryant, Brinden Washburn, Bristol Brinegar and Zariah Scales; his stepgrandchildren, Robbie, Benjamin and James Agee; and his great grandchildren, Zariah Scales, Bristol Brinegar, Kendra, Kipton Vipperman, Brinden Washburn, Benjamin and James Agee.
