He is survived by: his sons, J. C. Smith and Timothy Smith (Julie Turner); his grandchildren, Kayla and Jared Smith; his great grandchildren, Oakley and Dayton Smith; and his siblings, Carroll Smith (Janet) and Emma Jean Grogan (Thomas). He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
