He is survived by: his parents, Donald Ray Chappell, Sr. and Sandra Belcher Chappell; his children, Christopher Dylan Chappell and Madelynn Michelle Chappell; his nephew Johnathan Chappell; his niece Danielle Chappell; his friends, Bob, Jan, Dawn, B. J., David M. and Eric; and his grandchildren, Loretta, William, Jaime, Jeb, Jerry, John, Johnnie, Richard, Roger, Scotty, Steve and Travis.
