She was predeceased by: her children, Bryon Smith and Geneva Saunders; her granddaughter Lydia Saunders; her great grandchildren, Dayshaun Garnes and Hope Garnes; and her brothers, Wilbert Smith and Ray Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Lawerence Smith, Karen Smith, Tammy Reynolds (Emmanuel) and Troy Smith (Lisa); her grandchildren, Crystal Smith, Ashley Smith, Bryson Smith, Claire Smith, ReDonna Reynolds, Shonda Reynolds, Joseph Reynolds, Shainett Manns, Lamar Smith, Janelle Saunders, Mya Davis, Jashar Davis and Michael Davis; her siblings, Annie Loper, Sarah Martin (Fred), Eunice Carter, Kay Page, Fran Preston, Lisa Smith, Gary Smith (Joyce), Dwight Smith, Elmer Smith (Doris), Phil Smith (Ruth) and Fred Smith; and her sisters-in-law, Olinda Smith and Fannie Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
