We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2022, at the age of 90, Bonita Zimmerman (Martinsville, Virginia), born in Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Mabel Louise Smith. She is survived by: her sister Jo Ann Zimmerman Frost; her nieces and nephews, Jody F. Walker (Carter), Laurie F. Williams (Matthew), Nancy Z. Cross (Nick), Brian Zimmerman (Eva), Kelly Zimmerman (Rhonda) and Steven Zimmerman (April); and her sister-in-law Anna Lea Zimmerman. She is also survived by twelve grandnieces and grandnephews.
Due to the Coronavirus the funeral service will be private and for the family only.
Memorial contributions may be made to Broad Street Christian Church where she was a member or to a charity of your choice.
