He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah "Happy" Allen Hollandsworth and Orlean "Ollie" Eunice Ferguson Hollandsworth; his wife Ruby Rebecca "Becky" Spencer Hollandsworth; and his siblings, Shirley Hollandsworth Parks, Richard Linwood Hollandsworth, Maynard A Hollandsworth and Wayne Douglas Hollandsworth.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Keith (Carl), Kristi Foster (Zach) and David Hollandsworth (Laura); his grandchildren, Kristen Joyce (Tyler), Kayla Cotner (Tyler), Mackenzie Kallam, Christopher Kallam, Breanna Foster, Sydney Foster, David Keith, Luis Keith, Cody Keith, Nevaeh Keith, Peyton Keith, Takota Keith, Cecilia Jordan, Zack Maronic (Ashley) and Alexa Maronic; and his great grandchildren, Paxton Cotner and Riley Joyce.
