He is survived by: his wife Tonya Law Hairston; his stepchildren, Porsha Law of New York and LaQuain Law (Taylor); his sister Nancy Dillard; and his godchildren, Jasmine Lowe, Nykerion France and Keilani Dillard. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren.
