She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Eugene Norris. She is survived by: her mother Lucille Mays Norris; her husband William "Bill" Mitchell; her son William Justin Mitchell; her grandson William "Kolbey" Mitchell (Kaitlyn Hooper); her brothers, Frankie Norris and Doug Norris; and her pets, Chase and Moe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
