She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverly Wilson and Leo Wilson; and her children, Varnell C. 'Butch Payne, Jr., Scott Payne Sr. and Annie Mae Payne.
She is survived by: her daughters-in-law, Margaret Payne and Jean Payne; and her grandchildren, Gregory S. Payne, Jr. (Tammy) of Burke, VA, Shannon N. Payne Silvious (Matthew) of Florida, Jared M. Payne (Michelle) of Manassas, VA and Douglas Johnson. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and /or the American Diabetes association.
