He is survived by: his children, Cindy Hardy (Chris) of Warrenton, Sandra Knowles (Keith) of Marshall and James Payne (Brandy) of Front Royal; his sisters, Ina Ruth Trammel and Barbara Jean Jenkins; his grandchildren, Samantha, Alyson, Madison, Katherine, LeeAnn and Jake; and his close friend Bobbie Williams.
