He was predeceased by: his parents, Huffman Price and Adele Price of Sylacauga, AL; and his siblings, LaVerne Varner and Donald'Ted'Price of Sylacauga. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lee Price (Lewis); his children, Steven M. Price of Port Royal, VA, Terri L. (Price) and Hill (David) of The Plains, VA; his grandchildren, John B. Price (Kristen), Travis Price (Mandy), Andrew Price (Kirsten), Dustin Hill, Tania (Hill) and Parker (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Shawn, Aiden, William, Bubba, Drew, Katey, Owen, Livy, Julia and James.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marshall Fire and Rescue for their excellent.
