She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Adrian Upshur, Sr.; and her siblings, Smith, William, Chester Hall, Sr. and Virginia H. Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Upshur Fields of Catlett, VA, Rodonna H. Upshur of Odenton, MD, Robert Adrian Upshur Jr. (Pam) of Manassas, VA and Ronald E. Upshur of Culpeper, VA. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
