She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Copeland and Regina Copeland. She is survived by: her husband Rodney Dale Ayers; her friends, Wendy, David, Katherine, Madeline, James, Devin and Patrick; her siblings, Michael, Andrew and Janet Copeland; and her daughter Madeline.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Evangelist Preschool, where she dedicated decades of service and love.
