He was predeceased by: his parents, William Boyd Hiner and Mary Frances McBee Hiner; his wife Ellen Hiner; his siblings, Mary Alice Hume, William Oliver Hiner, Horace Richard Hiner, Daniel Austin Hiner, Kenneth Robert Hiner, Warren Stanley Hiner, Linwood Carroll Hiner and Erna May Minter; and his caregiver Rose Bogart. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Moser Funeral Home, Inc. (233 Broadview Ave, Warrenton, VA 20186). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
