She was predeceased by: her father Melvin H. Ball; her husband Julian A. Kannard Sr.; her sons, Julian A. Kannard Jr. (Buck) and Daniel R. Kannard; and her siblings, Leona Ball Loftus, Donald Ball (Donnie), Nancy Atkins, Bernard Ball (Bernalee), Theodore Ball (Ted), Sylvia Ball and Earl Ball.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Kannard Sr. (Susan Kannard) of The Plains, VA., Luvinnia Payne (late Ken Payne) of Marshall and Pam Crabtree (Rick Crabtree) of Wise, VA.; her brother Paul Ball (PJ); and her grandchildren, James A. Kannard Jr., Sylvia Payne, Crystal Harris, Candice Crabtree, Ricky Crabtree, Amanda Sims, Andrew Crabtree and Amber Dameron (Kimberly Crabtree). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and Cousins.
