She was predeceased by: her husband Bolden Smith; her children, Charles Milton "Mick" Tines and Arlene Mae Tines; and her siblings, Clarence Bushrod, Irving Bushrod, Thelma Christian, Louise Christian, Inez Ford, Naomi "Bobbi" Hill and Bernice Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold Eugene Tines (Lisa) of Warrenton, VA and David Leon Tines of Oakton, VA; her stepchildren, Marva Johnson of Stafford, Maurice Hampton of Lorton and Deanie Smith of Stafford, VA; her grandchildren, Tish Cushenberry (Joe), Victoria Woods, ReKeisha Smallwood (Stephon), Rachelle Mae Green, Brianna Shellington, Nicky Caison, Ashleigh Scott (Dondrea), Kelli Reid, Marcus Tines, Kiera Newton (Robert), Anisha Mae Tines, William Tines, Jr., George Richardson and Anasia Richardson; her great grandchildren, Daniel, Charlie, Tynetta, Robert, Fawnta, Atia, Ayanna, Quinten, Desmond, Chris, Kimora, Da'Shawn, Marcus, Jazmyne, Xavier, Xaelynn, McKinley, Zion, Brooklynn, Serenity, Kortez, Trenton, Anaya, Aria, Amina, Amari, Aezra, Amani, Teon, Terron, A'keyra, Z'aki, Domani, Domere, Da'kari, Avanni and Giovanni; and her great great grandchildren, Miracle, Patience, Travon, Eden, Namar and Naomi. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mt. Nebo Baptist Church (4679 Free State Rd, Marshall, VA 20115). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Mt. Morris Community Cemetery (5342 Leeds Manor Rd, Hume, VA 22639).
