He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Gregg and Mary Edwards Gregg; and his siblings, Eleanor T. Campbell, Thomas B. Gregg and Harland H. Gregg.
He is survived by: his children, Carroll E. "Tootie" Gregg, Jr., James A. "Jimbo" Gregg, Sr. (Dana), Robin Wilds (Larry) and Timothy W. "Gimpy" Gregg (Terri); and his siblings, Joan Edwards (Jimmy) and Richard Gregg (Nancy). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
