She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roberts and Helen Roberts; and her husband Granville Lane (Bud). She is survived by: her children, Janice Shanton (Vincent) of Lynchburg, VA, Vanessa Roberts (Chester) of Strasburg, VA, David Lane (Jodi) of Front Royal, VA and Chucky Lane (Jan) of Front Royal, VA.; her grandchildren, Tiana, Quintin, Vincent, Tillman, Kyra, Cali, Izaak, Nolan, Sydney and Tylea; her great grandchildren, August, Emoni and K'emoni; her siblings, Jackie and Bernice Roberts of Front Royal, VA; her great-aunts, Velia Belle Porter and Irene Summers; her siblings, Bobbi, Stone, Hard, Willie, Peggy, Kate, Doris and Minna; and her niece Deborah Shanks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
She loved her church and church family; she attended faithfully every Sunday until COVID and her health began to fail.
