He was predeceased by: his parent Lynwood Delaney Brown; and his brother Donald Carson Brown. He is survived by: his parent Henrietta Licklider Brown Sale; his wife Dorothy Showers Brown; his children, Paul Delaney Brown of Arlington, VA, Candace Brown Glascock and Clifton Andrew Brown; his stepchildren, Carolyn Grimsley and Karen Goff; and his siblings, Barbara Brown Gilbert Fishback of Marshall, VA and Richard Wayne Brown of Morehead City, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
