He was predeceased by: his brothers, James "Jim" Havens, Harry "Randy" Havens and Gary "Lee" Havens. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sullins Havens of Marion; his daughter Mitzi Havens Branham (Terry) of Sutherland; his grandchildren, Bradley Branham (Shannon) and Sarah Slade; his great grandchildren, Colby Slade, Brady Slade, Conor, Liam and Maeve Branham; his aunt Mildred Gross; and his sisters-in-law, Shelby Jean Havens of Marion and Molly Beatrice Havens of Marion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
