He is survived by: his wife Otessa; his son Zac Thomas (Dustin) of Kingsport; his granddaughter Savannah; his brothers, Lee (Carla), Gerald (Kim), Johnny (Deedeee), Ikey and Freddie (Angie); his close friend James Leonard; and his niece Maggie Martin.
