He is survived by: his wife Shirley Boardwine DeBord; his son Billy DeBord (Emily); his grandchildren, Jessee DeBord of Saltville, Jon Bradley Hogston of Saltville, Dru of Saltville and Dixie DeBord of Saltville; his siblings, Bobby DeBord (Karen) of Marion and Brenda Smith (Jim) of Cookeville, Tenn.; his siblings-in-law, Cletus Boardwine, Billy Boardwine (Brenda), George Boardwine (Georgia), Carolyn Neal and Barbara Griffey (Clarence); his aunts, Patsy Blevins, Corrine Weaver, Dorothy Everhart and Barbara Moore; his nephew Ryan Smith (Jessica); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jordan of Cookeville, Henry of Cookeville and Charlie of Cookeville; his nephew Chris DeBord of Chilhowie; his niece Courtney DeBord of Bristol, Tenn.; and his close friends, Clarence, Cletus, Michael Umbarger and George Robbins.
