He is survived by: his wife Ann Baldwin of Marion; his children, Virginia Ann Wiehrs (Keith) of Gloucester, John Baldwin (Tina Grubb) of Marion and David Baldwin (Analyn) of Germany; his grandchildren, Amanda, Emily, Andrew, Chloe, Emma and Martin Walter Baldwin III; and his great grandchildren, Elena and Violet.
