She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Joe Parks; her brother Eddie Parks; her uncle Bradley Amos; her father-in-law James W. "Sarge" Hall; her husband David Hall; her children, Candy Hall (Chuck Mullis) of Groseclose, VA and Christy Hall of Groseclose, VA; her granddaughter Cylie Ann Mullis; her mother Josephine Parks; her brother Newman Parks; her mother-in-law Helga Hall; her aunt Francis Amos; her daughter Amanda Kestner; and her close friends, Patty Hall, Beverly Evans and Merillat.
