She is survived by: her children, David Vernon (Jennifer) of Ashburn, VA, Neal Vernon (Nancye) of Columbia, SC and Anna Vernon Bowman (Dustin) of Marion, VA; her grandchildren, Lily Bowman, Lucas Vernon, Samuel Bowman, Alana Vernon, Miles Vernon, Clara Vernon, Jackson Vernon, Riley Vernon and Eliza Vernon; her brother William E. Jelf III; her nieces, Mary and Mollie; her sister-in-law Sandy Jelf; and her children, Greg and Tonya.
