He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Waters and Evelyn "Penny" Lawson Barker; and his brother Anthony "Tony" Barker. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Dunford Barker; his uncle Sherman; his aunt Nancy Heath Lawson; and his cousin Debbie Slagle Jones. He is also survived by loving in laws and friends.
