He is survived by: his wife Shirley Goodpasture Bise; his children, Thomas W. Bise, Jr. (Angela), Cynthia D. Bise, Catherine L. Bise, Deborah S. Surber (Tim) and Christopher M. Bise; his siblings, John Bise (Rachel) and Margaret Robinson (Billy); and his grandchildren, Jason Havens, Tess Musick, Mandy Hagee (Daniel), Troy Bise (Tammy), Samantha Havens, Morgan Stumbo (Wayne), Devin Bise and Courtnie Bise. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
