She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Hayden and Nannie Hayden. She is survived by: her husband Rickey Simons (Rick); her sons, Brandon Simons (Nancy) and Brian Simons; her grandsons, Chase and Cole; her sisters, Robin Coomer (Dayl) and Tammy Hayden; her half-brother Christopher Hayden; and her stepmother Wanda Hayden. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
