He was predeceased by: his wife Ophelia Ann Bise; and his parents, Virginia Hall Bise and Henry Preston Bise. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Shuler (Rick) and Tony Bise (Shirley); his granddaughter Tonya (Joel Cregger); his great grandchildren, Aubrie Combs, McKenzie Cregger and Brawley Combs; and his sister Nadine Mouser (Mickey).
