She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Hutton; her parents, Herman Cress, Sr. and Virginia Cress; her brother Danny Cress, Sr.; and her nephew Danny "Chico" Cress, Jr..
She is survived by: her son Carter Lee Hawkins, Sr. (Dorothy) of Marion; her brothers, Pastor Herman Cress (Pam) of Marion and Jerry Cress (Anita) of Sugar Grove; her grandchildren, Alayna, Braden, Bhrianna, Sarah, Kaitlin and Carter, Jr.; and her great grandchild Kingston.
