She is survived by: her daughters, Kyra Wadsworth of Pennsburg, Penn, Colleen Knight of Worthington and W. Va; her grandchildren, Donald Wadsworth, Jr. (Brittany), Misty Lee Godfrey, Spring Dawn Duffy and Scott Wadsworth; her great grandchildren, Tyler Lee Shephard, Bryce Wadsworth, Elijah Wadsworth, Noah Wadsworth, Micah Wadsworth, Riley Wadsworth and Claire Wadsworth; and her sister Loretta Shockley of Lenoir, N. C.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
